Think like someone accountable for a number

If you are the person who notices when an app feels easy to use and can't quite explain why a different one feels clunky, you already have the instinct this field runs on. Most people assume design is about being naturally artistic. But, it isn't. It is about noticing friction before your user does, and having the tools to fix it. That's exactly what this course is built to teach you.

In the first half of the course, you will learn how to actually understand a user before you design anything for them through research, personas, journey mapping, and enough usability testing that "the user probably wants X" stops being a guess and starts being something you can defend in an interview. This is the part most self-taught designers skip, and it is exactly the part that separates someone who can make a screen look nice from someone a company trusts to make product decisions. From there, you move into Figma (not tutorial-level Figma), but the auto-layout, component, and design-systems fluency that product teams actually work in day to day, alongside Adobe XD for tool flexibility.

If you are a fresher wondering whether design is "for people like you" without a fine arts background, it is. Design careers in India right now are being built by commerce graduates, engineers who got tired of pure coding, and career-break returnees. If you are already working in marketing or product and want to stop depending on a designer for every small change, this course gives you enough craft to do it yourself. And if you are switching careers entirely, the structure is built to take you from zero to a hireable portfolio in two months.

By the end, you won't hand over a certificate and hope for the best. You will have 3–4 case studies with actual problems, actual research, actual before-and-afters because that is what a hiring manager asks to see in the first 30 seconds of a portfolio review. Add 1:1 mentorship from a working designer who reviews your work the way a senior would and you are walking into interviews with proof.

The honest reason to trust this over a YouTube playlist is we stay involved after the syllabus ends. Resume, mock interviews, and direct introductions to our 65+ hiring partners continue until you are placed.

    STUDENT REVIEWS

    The reviews that motivate us

I had been designing Canva templates for small businesses for a year and calling myself a "designer." After joining Techzit, I understood, how I fooled myself. This course gave me an actual methodology: research first, wireframes before polish, testing before I call anything final. Thanks team for your fantastic guidance.

    Arvind Balasubramanian

    Product Designer, Freshworks

I dropped out of nursing college because it wasn't for me. I love to design and had only basic ideas. I joined Techzit and redesigned the blood donation app which went viral on Dribbble and led to 3 job offers simultaneously.

    Divya Rajan

    UX Designer at Hexaware

I ran a small local business, but scaling required digital marketing expertise. The live projects here helped me run targeted ads successfully.
